Slovenia, October 4, 2022 - Today, with 48 votes in favor and 29 against, Parliament adopted amendments to the Family Code, which stipulate that a marriage is a life union of two persons. At the same time, they allow same-sex partners in a partnership to jointly adopt a child under the same conditions as spouses. The changes follow a constitutional decision published in July.

   In the digital age, kids need a trusted source they can turn to with questions about love and sex—and research shows how parents can get it right.

I never got the opportunity to do something that's almost a rite of passage among British teens – spend a sex education class peeling a condom out of its stiff foil packet and rolling it down a banana. It wasn't until I was 27 years old that I would finally get to do it, but in a very different capacity. I wasn't learning how to put a condom on. I was learning how I'd teach somebody else to put it on. 

Studies show that only 3% of hate speech cases are reported!

Tirana 20 May 2022 - This morning, the National Platform ISIGURT.AL and the PINK Embassy presented the National Platform "REPORT: Speech and Hate Crimes", in a public event hosted by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. The meeting was organized in the framework of the International Day against Homophobia and the 13th Festival of Diversity, because the LGBTI community in Albania remains one of the most affected by speech and hate crimes.

As part of the 13th Diversity Festival Week and International Day Against Homophobia, Lesbophobia ,. Bifobia and Transphobia, PINK Embassy with the support of the Council of Europe, have opened the Mobile Exhibition, which will be displayed in some of the main cities in Albania.

Tirana, 17 May 202 - PINK Embassy Albania started this morning the activities on the occasion of the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia, part of the 13th Festival of Diversity for LGBTI Rights in Albania. The Festival is an annual event organised by PINK Embassy and partners: the Human Rights House and CRCA / ECPAT Albania.

As democracy in Europe comes under growing pressure, the annual ILGA-Europe Rainbow Map identifies steps forward on LGBTI rights in several countries.

IGLYO : LGBTQI Inclusive Education Report and Index 2022 raises serious concerns for Albania

Tirana, 12 May 2022- The International Organization of LGBTI Youth and Students (IGLYO), published today its Annual Report on the situation of LGBTIQ youth rights in Europe. The 2022 report focuses on the issues of inclusive education that must permeate all communities to respect and protect the rights of LGBTIQ persons.

During this year of the COVID-19 pandemic, Aleanca LGBTI and Streha supported 300 LGBTI people with food; the PINK Embassy provided food and clothing to 30 trans people.
